Our Client: Our client is a family-owned, celebrated leader in the food manufacturing space with an international presence.  

Role Title: Human Resources Director  

Job Location: Onsite position in the western suburbs.  

Role Type: Direct Hire 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Champion organizational growth while consistently developing employee engagement and capability.  
  • Drive organizational efficiencies across recruiting, retention, and onboarding. 
  • Focus on continuing to foster employee retention through organizational research, analysis, and communication.  

  • At least 10+ years of increasing responsibility within the HR space, preferably from a manufacturing environment. 
  • BS/BA (MBA or MS/MA preferred) from an accredited university in the HR or related field of studies.  
  • Senior-level experience spanning human resource management, hourly recruitment (both direct employees and staffing agency employees), and solid communication across inter-departmental organizations.
