Job Description

We are assisting our amazing client in their quest to hire a Senior HR Manager who is motivated by the change to impact business outcomes through people. This role will work closely with HR and business leaders throughout the organization.

In this role you will focus mainly on:
  • HR Solutions Consulting - provides expert consulting services to managers and employees in one or more focus areas related to HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Capability Building - conducts one-on-one consulting/coaching with managers on performance management and development-related processes.
  • Operational Compliance - understands and applies company values and current HR policies regarding managed projects and programs; advises employees and managers on compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations - Supports the resolution of issues, recommends solutions to address issues based on established principles and culture, while prioritizing employee experiences to maintain a safe and professional work environment.

You might be qualified for this role if you have the following: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience with Human Resources or Business programs/processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, relationship management and influencing skills.
